i want a design for a custom nightshade 12'' subwoofer. max height is 14'' , max width is 28'' and max depth is 24''. i want a Kerfed Flare design with 45* angles on all interior port corners with a double baffle in front cause the sub is 70lbs. 2.25ft tuned at 27hz with a lot a port area. I crunched some numbers and this is achievable with 1 inch MDF, single baffle, 50 inch long port with 36 square inches of port. But it's basically your maximum dimensions.
