I used to run smaller ports with these things a while back and they played a tad lower and more controlled. How much power do you have? How much power can depend on what size box to run. If you want 3 cubes do HxWxD: 15x30x19. with the port 10.5x4x19.5(42 sq. inches, 35.18hz). After subs and port you should be somewhere around 3.05 do some dowel bracing and you should be right around 3 cubes. If your going to be running a aq2200d to these things you may way a little bit smaller box. I'd say around 2.5 cubes.
