best wiring kit?

so everytime my subwoofer kicks on and off i change my RCA's or re-insert them and it stops, so im thinking my RCA's are blowing or are not enough or maybe even my deck, but the subwoofers dont just kick off they still work they just pound half as hard, i made a topic about this before and later found out it was RCA related so now I need to fix it.

probably shitty amp grounding. ground your RCA's to the headunit (many threads on this, notorious for pioneer headunits)

ok so ill try regrounding everything,

any tutorials on how to ground RCA's? also my ground is solid, and no paint in the way...
