I did all the prep work in my garage and rented a booth to shoot the final color and clear.... I think the most $$ in a paint job at a body shop goes into the time and labor involved... I have done this too, and got good results. But my dad is friends with alot of Body Shops around here, So they usually let us use their spray booths for free or for real cheap...
