Upgrade Related Help Please

Hey guys I am going to be upgrading my setup soon and I have a few questions if you don't mind.

I will be purchasing 2 12" Fi BTL Dual 1Ohm with cooling and 1 2500w DAT (Diablo Audio Technologies whenever they reply to my emails) Amp. Would I have any issues with running that at dual 1Ohm?

I have a Honda Accord 2006 Coupe with a Stock Alternator. I was going to purchase 2 HC1800 batteries 1 for amp and 1 for Replacement stock battery. Is that ok and alternator upgrade necessary?

you're running over 2k watts of power, its almost a given that you need a HO alt. And i'm sure that amp is stable at 1 ohm, as long as you stick with getting 2 dual 1 subs. You'll also want to do the big 3

Big 3 and Upgraded Alternator is a must, other than that u should be fine.

What they^^^ said. Upgraded electrical is a must or it won't happen. I wouldn't try stressing an amp like that out with poor electrical. Too much money to throw away.

thanks for the replies. After the alternator upgrade I should still upgrade both stock battery and designated amp battery? HC1800.

Any suggestions on High Output Alternator for Accord 06 LX V4 2.4L. No luck finding any online.

Ask Dom from Iraggi Alternator, there's a section in this forum just for his alternators. i'm almost positive he has alternators for your car and they range at different sizes, email him with your car model and brand and engine size and he'll give you an invoice for them. I think a 180-220A alt should be good for your setup

Yeah man you are probably gonna want to upgrade your alternator, trust me i learned the hard way, mine went out 4 days ago
