I have a 2008 Chevy cobalt coupe and im putting 2 Re SEx 15s in there with a Audioque 2200 pushing them. Im wondering if i will need to add another battery or put a HO alt in thanks.

Put in a decent battery and call it done (or maybe a second one)

That said, half the folks on here will suggest you need 4 batteries and 2 HO Alts. Because apparently 0.1v of voltage drop is the end of the world...

a cobalt with 15s? how are you fitting them into the trunk in a decent size box? lol

but as far as power... i'd say get at least an optima yellow top and run 1\0 to the trunk, and also get a 200 amp alt if its in your budget.

in my experience you'd rather do it right the first time and leave some room for upgrades.
