azphat12
Been running some numbers....how does this look. Height - 18 Width - 38 Depth - 20 Port Dimensions Height - 16.5 Width - 3 Length - 7.5 Given the speaker displacement is .15? and 3/4 MDF I got 6.07 ft3 net airspace 31.92 Hz How does this sound? Any recommendations? The only restraint I have is width....which is 40" max. Other then that I would like to stay at 18" height just to stay under the back seats.... Should I have more air space? Should I change the tuning? Any advice will help! I am searching through the forums for answers also, but no hits yet..... cthedinger
you are going to want a 3 to 4 cubed box after all displacement since you are doubling its rms i suggest you do 3 cubes and from more experience 50 to 60 sq inches of port will work the best preferably 60 but no more than 60 but a little less than 60 is fine. if you pm me your max dimensions i can come up with a box design for yo if you give me a couple days Quote If you have any questions PM me or Add me on Facebook CLICK ME!
