put sound deadener over the entire door pannel. if one layer isnt enough hit it with 2 it stopped my door flex and rattle Alot

no need in putting it there. what you hear rattling alot of the time is the inside of the door and all of the shit in there take your door pannels off and get inside the door (behind your interior speakers and the side that the door pannel mounts too also

alright i mean you hear it on the outside alot and i wasnt sure if it was because of the air sucking the door shut so hard lol

I don't reckon it's the air. But get some second skin damplifier pro and slap that shit inside the doorpanel all over..

problem solved.

Make sure everything is tightened down inside the door. I have seen widow tracks loose and they rattle like crazy, check every bolt inside the door to make sure. Then cover every non moving part in sound deadener
