Box Design Help?

Hey yall im designing a box for an fi btl 15 in my extended cab truck and i cant give up all the seat room could i do something like this shape. note this is a very rough sketchup just to get an idea of it. u can see it at the link below. and if yall could help me with tuning thatd be great to. ive built a few smaller boxes before but nothing this precise or that i planned on keeping. thanks! http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b460/rarbona1029/Subboxdesign.jpg

im not sure if that section of the box that hangs down would affect the enclosures efficiency or not...but if you shoot for a general rule of about 12-16 square inches of port per cubic foot of volume about 18 inches long with that sub it should sound alrite
