So, anyway....this is what the owner of the car built....Not bad....but it needs alot of work.....

here it is on january 31st...when he dropped it off

now, the non cell pix begin,

so here is what he brought me,,,as i said ,,,he did a hellof a job on the woodwork,,,,its a lil high on the right side....but ill pull her into shape

at the very rear,,,he added a piece of tin,,,to get it to fit snug against the rear firewall...the rounded "dishes" there at the rear,,,,thats where the (rollers) at the back of the seat go..

so,most of this section here,wont even be seen cuz itll be buried beneath the rear racing seats

the hole cut in the drivers side....he wants an acess hole because he has a fuse block and a butload of wiring behind there.

Lotts of Kerf cuts....to bend and roll the top into shape

Dig out a lil cardboard,,and do some tracing...

I added alot of temporary braces on the inside to keep it from pulling,while the glass cures on the inside corners

finally time for some layup,Im doing 2 Layers of 1.5 0z.....on everything first,,,then some blocking,,,,and more glass added where needed

if you can remember to wet trim your parts before they are fully cured,,,,makes alot less dust in the garage
