Choosing the right sub for ME

I just sold my sub, and i am looking for two 15" subs that can handle 4krms in about 6.5-7 cubes. I have been looking at the HDC3 copper and the DC lvl 4 but i dont know if they can safely take the power daily. Money is kind of an issue. only have about $700 for some subs. Who is using HDC3 copper and DC lvl 4(with orwithout the lvl5 coil) and how much are you giving them daily? I know they can handle more then advertised. Any other recommendations?

ive got HDC 18s with aluminum.

if i play a little below tuning of my bandpass so to speak i can get the caps warm to the touch but thats about it.

12 volts @ .5 ohm before rise. amps were tested by soundpressure doing 1504 i think @ 1.13 ohms @ 14.4

so im guessing im getting around 1500 rms maybe
