Looks really bad.

Sell the Dual Headunit. Throw down $120 on a Pioneer DEH-4100UB. Or if you're feeling really good, an Alpine 9887 or 9886.

Sell the two alpine Amps. Get an amp that puts out 1kw @ 1 ohm.

Sell the two prefabbed boxes

Build a nice ported box for 4 tens. 6 cubes @ 35 hertz.

Looks like you have a fuse at the front battery. Add a second fuse right before the back battery. If anything at all.... This should be first and foremost.

I honestly think you can do all that for under $400. But it requires that you sell off the stuff you have.

I'm not gonna lie to you... I'm just being straight up with you. It'll work, but it's what I call jerry rigged.

Edit: Most Dual Headunits only put out 2v..... For you to split an already lacking signal, it's just going to be a weak link in your system.

Yeah I just bought a JVC deck to replace the dual.

And the box isnt 2 prefabs put together, its custom made by a local shop last year tuned @ 36

But thanks for the advice guys, everything should work out great!
