Rogers Posted March 8, 2010 Report Share Posted March 8, 2010 ok so i have some rust spots on my truck... and im going to fix them but the problem is that i cant recreate the graphics that are on the truck... and the shop that did the paintjob will NOT touch it... anyways im thinking about selling the truck this summer so i want to get it looking as decent as possible... and i dont think primered spots look decent..lol... i already reconstructed my rocker pannel out of fiberglass... it just needs finished.. anyways i need ideas on what to do to cover the spots up that i will be repairing... whether it be vinyl or paint... i can have the local shop do vinyls decently cheap so im looking towards that route... but i need someone to give me an idea on a design... but id like to keep it as simple as possible but still make it look good... i was going to repaint the entire truck... but im not going to dump the money on a new paint job just to turn around and sell it... Here are the areas to be repaired... I decided to "try" the hard route and did this in the program paint... this would be done with paint... id rather do vinyls... although i think im going to do the rims like the back one... i like it... here is the raw picture as it sits now...
