csills Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 i dont call them "bass knobs" because it doesnt turn up the bass it only turns up the gain on you're amplifier to the specific "notch" on you're amp. anyways i had mine hooked up and turn the car off now it doesnt work how do i tell if its bad? i switched tele wires, and it seemed to got louder but when i turn the knob it didnt do anything? have these ever went out on you? 2 JL W7's @ 1.5ohms - SOLD Soundstream PCX2000D - SOLD Yellow top Optima - SOLD Stock Alt 148db @ 36hz
