Guest jbinn Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 not to bash but im looking at your previous posts and you were freaking out thinking that your Fi was half-blown cause the coils looked dark from you clipping the shit out of it and the "strange" problem you had when your ground split in 2 and you taped it back together. It was actually a ground problem on my Pioneer HU with the RCA's... thats been fixed for a loooong time, and appearently taping the ground together can't be too bad if it worked... and the coils weren't dark at all , lol I've never seen damaged coils so I was just asking opinions, and nooo I wasn't clipping the shit out of my subwoofer. honestly, take your elitism elsewhere because I bet my current setup is louder than yours at 1/4th the power... Guest jbinn Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) but yeah, end the flame wars... what do you guys think Type R or SVC W3v3? basically my only two options at this point lol I heard SVC subs get a lot hotter... and that the SQ on the w3v3 is going to be better but the R will get louder so I think I found my own answer lol any other suggestions for subs in the $150 price range?
