ilovetoinstall Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 12 Volts-yellow Starter-red/lt. blue Ignition-lt. green/purple Accessory-gray/yellow >ALL IGNITION WIRES ARE AT THE COLUM Second Accessory-black/lt. green Power Lock-pink/yellow(-polarity) Power Unlock-Pink/lt. green(-polarity) (**location driver door harness or PK) ***Note: The GEM in this vehicle shuts down after the doors have been locked for a certain time period, to wake-up the system you have to put diodes on your unlock wire and hook the unlock wire to both you unlock wire of the car and the door adjar wire of the vehicle the door adjar light wire color is a 20 awg black/yellow or yellow black in the drivers side door boot you must also program your unit for double pulse unlock i believe*** Parking Lights-(+polarity)brown (**location)headlightswitch or GEM The GEM (Generic Electronic Module) is to the left of the radio. Headlight trigger-red/yellow(+ polarity) (**location)headlight switch Door Trigger(-polarity)(**location) GEM ***note The GEM Generic Electronic Module is to the left of the radio. The driver door trigger is yellow/black and the passenger door(s) is gray/red. Use both wires and diode isolate*** Dome Supervision use door trigger Tachometer- tan/yellow (**location)instrument cluster or PCM ***note The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is on the top of the firewall under the hood towards the passenger side. The tachometer wire is in pin 48. Can also get tach at the ignition coil or coil pack. Use any of the tan/stripe wires.
