My snap on volt meter on my bus bars then double checked with the o scope lol then the voltage is read thru my stinger volt meter on my dash connected and set to the same exact voltage as the rear bank my amps not pegged I don't want to peg it all I was trying to figure out is which is the better of the two to keep the 4 vfl's or the 12k

??I have 2 190's right now for charging I have an opportunity to sell my rear bank tonight grab these 5 3000's and another 270 amp alt I'm Not dragging my feet I'm just trying to get situated on if I should sell my vfl's or dump the amp

Was going to do 5 xs3000's in the rear and 2 3400's in the front I really don't think my subs could take that amp turned up @.5 but I also don't want to do that I already own 4 of these vfl's I was gonna run them then sell them but it's way too risky for shits n giggles between the sale...

So u think team sundown a would be overkill for that amp? I was thinking zv4's or something along those lines but I don't wanna spend the $ and they aren't big enough, my buddy has 7k on his zv4's they love it...

and yes I have a dual alt bracket right now along with 5 batterys my electric is pretty legit buuuuuuuut .25 daily on each channel is scary lol sounds like its time for me to get team sundown 18's.......

Has anyone tried it? Any bad results? I'm going to be running 4 AB VFL15's 20cu. ft. @ 32 hz and am currently cunning the 12.0 @ 1 ohm on 2 of the subs nearly no voltage drop 13.8 full tilt sitting still. Problem is my subwoofer recones from AB are only available in dual 1 ohm config. so I'm hoping I can get away with .5 daily with a bit more storage and this 270 amp alt I've been looking into any advice or input would be great thanks again

im a rockford dealer save and get the 2200 from audioque those rockford amps are like bare bone entry level stuff u get what u pay for in this game... trust me im not knocking the rockford at all just $ for $ the audioque is much better quality

yup yup or if u have a pc style phone u can do it thru ur phone with BT

you could use 1 of those but the extra couple bucks go with the rf 360.2 more bands of equalization if im not mistaken

active means ur going to have to have a sound processor of some sort a rf 360.2 or audison unit just the radio doesnt make it active unlesss u have something like the new pioneer or a alpine 9886 and depending on how you are running your setup ur going to need 1 more amp...

even if u hook up tach u still have to take it to a dealer to turn off the voltage scence or timed crank whatever the lazy installer did and put it back on tach scencing

i do tint @ the shop $130 for a 2 door $150 for a 4 its not easy at all especially with cheap film its sucks id say look around for a good shop or a guy who does it on the side
