ummm i thought a larger enclosure meant increased efficiency, decreased back pressure and therefore more excursion.

you got somethin bass ackwards bro

Would that mean a smaller enclosure means its tougher to cool ur sub?. cause i cant get my btl warm in 5.5cubes but i got my aq a lil warm in 3.5cubes

It does in a sense, but in my application this seems not to be true. You would think that, but it's just not working. 5 cubic feet after all displacement just seems to be too big off 3K for 2 AQs. Maybe with more power it would be more idle, right now it's all trail and error. Btw your on 502SS.Net right?

i think it is too big but if you make it smaller then it would have less excursion

if anything you would need to go bigger. yes enellz im on SS

back to the original question. if you like AQ then get those. itll be cheaper
