In 4 cubes she should do just fine off of the JL 1000/1. I have mine in 3.5 @32 Hz and she gets low! oldschool Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 Looks good I would use some allthread from top 2 bottom and side 2 side thru the port with nuts and washers on inside and out side of the port and walls of the box and you'll be straight. oldschool Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 Yep a lot of bracing and goin thru the wall helps stabalize the port wall use 1/2 in allthread and I have tried dowel rods 2x4s and mdf and allthread works best 4 me and uses hardly any airspace so does not change your tuning.
