Hey, the topic says it all pretty much, i am wondering which one of those would be louder with rap music loud lows/deep lows whatever you wana call it.

Alpine type r's

or

AudioQue HDC312's

I've seen good reviews on both of these....

Also if you could maybe tell me whicih amp would be cheap, and can power both 12's

Yeah thats what i was thinking, they are expensive!!! I guess i'll have to save :P

Anyways do you know which kind of amp i would need to power 2 of them?

Oh also one more question now since i see everyone talking about how thye need an alternator etc..

do you think a mercedes benz stalk alternator would be fine to run this?

As long as you have the big 3 done and an extra batery in the back.

Okay, so id be using the big 3, and i put the betery in the trunk with the amp/subs then i dont need a new alternator?

i run a 2200d a piece to my hdc3's. if you're running 2, either get 2 2200d's or a new 3400 (it pushes well over 4kwrms)

Alright well do you think just 1 2200d would do for now? I don't have to much money to spend because the subs itself are a bunch!! :o

Also i just noticed theres 2 different hdc3's coper coil and aluminum coil...whats the difference? sorry haha im a noob at car audio!!
