My Parents have a House about 1/4 mile from Heavenly so we're really watching this thing day and night. One of Brothers who lives in Sac went there Monday morning to retreive a few boxes of pictures as those were the only real things of value to Us. A house can be rebuilt quickly but the damage done to the forest will last for years. Quote [email protected]
David Posted June 27, 2007 Report Posted June 27, 2007 yea, its sad to watch, you can still see the scars from that big one 7 or 8 yrs back. a good buddy of mine is up there helpin fight the fire, they need the winds to die down. Quote
