3/4" wood, and the box has 13cbft with out port or sub displacement, someone told me i need more than 144in of port area, and 4 6"=113sqin

and 2 8"= 100in, 2 10"=157in. but am still confused on how many port area i should use for my box after port and sub displacement...

i think its like 12 to 16in per cuft

edited for some error

ok, first of all, 3/4" MDF for 2 BTL´s 18" subs it´s WRONG imo, i hope you brace it STRONG!!! I would use 1" MDF if i were you, if not, well at least get double baffle on the subs face; Said that, i was thinking yoú would use bigger wood, so yes, your box it´s around 13.2 c/f before displacement, i guess subs are around 0.25 each one so you have 12.7 c/f before port displacement. 144 SQ of port using aeros it´s BIG, slot ports works good 12-16 SQ per cubic feet, but, for aeros you only need 9-12 SQ per cubic feet.

Using 4 6" ports you would have 9.7 SQ of port per cubic feet wich works nice for aeros, maybe you could get 5 6" ports wich gives you 137 SQ, meaning, 12.8 SQ per cubic feet, but 2 10´s would give you 14.7 SQ per cubic feet wich i think it´s too big!!!

Once again, it´s your call, but i honestly would use only 4 6" aeroports wich should work great, maybe someone can correct me if i´m wrong!! cheers...

threadjack??

LOL way beyond threadjack. This is like thread rape. I don't think he realizes he isn't talking to the OP anymore LOL!

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

Who cares? hehehe, it´s better to use a old one wich it wasn´t that "crowded" than starting a thread asking the typical questions :pardon:

With that power and subs? Not to ruin your day but it's not going to happen.

There's very, very few people doing 150 from 2 12's with less than 5kw.

so that means it could happen...

Of course it can happen, i can asure you that a CRX with 2 12´s and 5K scores way more than 150, depends on the box, car, subs, etc etc , everything it´s possible :yahoo:
