I would use 1" MDF if i were you, if not, well at least get double baffle on the subs face; Said that, i was thinking yoú would use bigger wood, so yes, your box it´s around 13.2 c/f before displacement, i guess subs are around 0.25 each one so you have 12.7 c/f before port displacement. 144 SQ of port using aeros it´s BIG, slot ports works good 12-16 SQ per cubic feet, but, for aeros you only need 9-12 SQ per cubic feet. Using 4 6" ports you would have 9.7 SQ of port per cubic feet wich works nice for aeros, maybe you could get 5 6" ports wich gives you 137 SQ, meaning, 12.8 SQ per cubic feet, but 2 10´s would give you 14.7 SQ per cubic feet wich i think it´s too big!!! Once again, it´s your call, but i honestly would use only 4 6" aeroports wich should work great, maybe someone can correct me if i´m wrong!! cheers...
