rubbernutz1 Posted June 18, 2010 Report Posted June 18, 2010 i understand the support for the young installer but, why is people lying to him. his box is badly built. i saw nails(instead of screws) and heard silicone(instead of resin). if we continue to praise a bad install then, he will continue and will be a bad installer. the worst thing of all, he will quote people from the best site in the industry (SMD) and, that will allow people to question the integrity of the site. young installer, keep building but remember if you cut corners now, you will pay for them later x2. Good luck dude dont be so harsh. the kids only 16. you gotta learn to crawl befor you walk. let him build the boxthe way he knows how to and im sure over time he'l learn how to build them better. i mean isnt that how we all started? i say not a bad job for a kid. keep it up lil dude and you WILL get better at it. it just takes time
