If you plan on running 2-3k go ahead and get the 220, that way for now and future installs you will have a bigger alt that will supply sufficient and more than sufficient power needed Quote

Very True, my db electrical was 239 and lasted me 2 months, this one is 400 and has amazing results, never go cheap on an alternator.
