what crossover for my setup

with that amp it has a low pass filter you can turn on but its not adjustable its stays at 80hz. if your headunit has a low pass filter and you want to set it lower you can. it really depends on what frequency your box is tuned though. hope this helps

well with a ported box the box is tuned to a certain frequency. with the crossover set to lowpass 80 hz...your only hearing and the amp is only signaling the frequencies below 80hz which will take away from some off the high end bass (i assume you like them lows so it shouldnt matter to ya). if your box is built great and your tuning to 30 you should be fine. if you tuned a little higher a subsonic filter might help by cutting out frequencies below your port tuning.

could i tune 1 port to a certain hz and the other port to another or will that not workout well? im a noob so i apologize if this is a really really dumb question

nope, if you are using a shared chamber on 2 subs it would just throw off the whole works,

IDK for sure, but I would think that would cause a problem with the subs, because the tune of the box affects the efficiency of the sub, so I would think that would affect each sub differently and again cause some odd things to happen as far as the amp is concerned. Again I am no expert but it don't sound like a good idea to me.
