help choosing a 15inch sub

hello everyone on smd i have bought anew car cause my camry was totaled by a drunk driver so now bought a camry lol bought this one off a friend cheap anyway when my old car was totaled all the audio gear went with it. so looking for a great daily system.

so far i have dd 6.5 midbass and dd tweeters which i had lieing around

for a sub im looking for a single 15 in a big ported box i have the following in mind but dont know which one would be best.

i only have a budget of 600 australian dollaz

any hlep is greatly appreaciated.

also what size box would i need to run these at the best

amp does 1600w @ 1 ohm or 1040w @ 2 ohms... sub needs 750 watts rms @ 1 ohm... 2 of those you'll be set with some headroom for that extra power... says 6 cubes for 2 15" dd 2515's. that's what i would do.

re sx 15 needs about 1000 watts and is a 2 ohm sub so that works too. needs a 4 cubic foot box.

personally, i'd get the 2 15's bc it will be louder with more cone area, if you got enough space but seeing as it's a camry... probably not. so yeah, you're probably gonna be best off with a single re sx 15.

I'd get a fully loaded fi Q and wire it down to one ohm..make sure u tune correctly though

thanks for the replys i suggested those two subs cause i can get them easily we dont have a distributor for fi in aus and importing will cost way more then my budget.

will probli go with the re sx 15 and wire it to 2ohm on the amp in a nice ported box does anybody have a box design for this sub?
