newb Torres box calulator design

So I've been trying to redesign a new box for my Fi 12" btl with the Torres calculator. The dimesions I have to base it around is 28w x 18d x 14h

trying to get it around 2.4 cuft, when I try doing that and tune it low (32hz), it wont go any lower then about 45hz. And if I increase the port length it says port bends yes and then theres no cut sheet dimensions for the port. What are port bends?

Any Ideas?

So how do I get the dimensions for it?

And for the tuning, does it matter if its a bending port to get to 32 hz?

All the dimensions are in the calculator. No, it does not matter if it bends. Just make sure the port is long or short enough to get to your tunning

The dimensions for the port say N/a as soon as it says Port bends: Yes

can anyone tell me what a bending port is on the torres calculator and how to get the dimensions on the cut sheeet for it?

No one can help me with this? I'm trying to build a new box for my 12" btl and cant get a box plan down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
