So I'd just like to make a testimonial about VM Innovations on eBay if anyone cared. I've ordered 2 sets of 12" Hifonics subwoofers, a Hifonics amp, and now my Audiopipe AP15001d.

On ground shipping, I received all of my Hifonics gear on separate occasions within 3-4 days if I ordered during business hours. - 1 point.

Last night, I ordered the wrong Audiopipe amp and felt like an idiot. Emailed customer support late last night asking if I could exchange before shipping. They had a reply waiting for me by the time I woke up this morning (8:30am.) - 1 point.

I proceeded to call customer support to get something done quickly, and as I talked to Kelsey regarding my situation, I couldn't help but notice how fast and easy she made things. I've never had to call their customer support before because I've never had an issue! But damn. She told me that the amp I mistakenly ordered was already on the pallet waiting to be picked up by Fedex. She told me she would handle the issue quickly and give me a call as soon as it was taken care of. - 1 point.

Received a call about a half hour later. She let me know that the mistake amp is off the pallet and that the new amp(Audiopipe AP15001d) that I was going to exchange for was already on the pallet to be shipped out this afternoon. I had to pay the $17 difference on the 15001d through PayPal and that was it. - 1 point.

She also gave me the delivery confirmation number, and said I should be enjoying my new amplifier by Monday. - 1 point.

So all in all, VM Innovations gets a 5/5 from me still. If anyone else has testimonials/feedback on them, post em here!

they do have sweet deals on almost everything. I put them second to only Audiosavings. Maybe you guys should strike up a partnership?
