My amp is a Pioneer GM-5400T and is stable at 4ohms bridged, or 2ohms per channel. How should I wire them up so that I get the loudest configuration out of them? Tried Googling it already and found no answer so came here.. Thanks, Dave

sewerman Posted May 10, 2010 Report Posted May 10, 2010 Go to jl audio site. Hit support and follow links to wiring subs. Choose single or dual. Rockford has same type of deal.
STEvil Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 wiring them at 3 ohms should be safe, just go easy on the gain. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
