Well its been a couple of years since Ive had it , guess i can give up one secret, the tunnel on the truck is 1" thick aluminum which I joined to the sheet metal useing body panel adhesive, I made the box flat with anchors to push the box onto the tunnel. Then on one side of the aluminum you got weather strip to go all the way around. Its been a couple of years Ive had it like this and no leaks

Thanks bro, Ya Im pretty happy with how its looking now, the rims made a huge difference for sure.. Thinking about changing the system one more time just wondering what i can get for the T4000.1's and the DC XL's

Wow first off love the truck man, never really was a fan of mega cabs but this one is definitely changing my perspective. i love the paint and the projectors look amazing. i have an 02 24valve extended cab and this build has definitely given me some more inspiration. good job and keep it up! also love the octanes what size are they?

Hey I'm a fellow mega cab owner myself...prepping it for a build. Don't castrate me yet, but I intend on using the dash speaker locations as I'm hell bent on keeping things looking factory. I've read that a 4" COULD fit, but I'm a bit worried about mounting depth. I'm a bit lazy to pop the dash piece and pull the speaker, so do you happen to know what the depth is like? I've seen some dashes where there is a cross beam or firewall that gets in the way of going w/ a larger magnet. Thanks in advance
