That uses loops (quick google search, maybe even freeloops.com ) and it's easy to make songs. And no, it's not free. There was a website that you could do it on, but it was insanely limited.. You can import your own songs and create some pretty sick beats. This pretty much has everything you need to make dubstep and other electronic music. Only down side is that it might be a little confusing at first but you can always watch youtube videos on how to use it.
