I know for a fact with early 2000 fords it was simply a DRL fuse in the engine compartment usually around the battery depending on vehicle. It wasn't untill 04 that ford started making DRLs into the computer programming yes sir checked rear the owners manual, the fuse i mentioned before was under the dash. theres two fuse boxes. and this van is the fancy SPORT editon with the sweet spoiler, has turn signals in the mirrors too. Take your headlight switch out, find out what wire turns the headlights on and disconnect that from the switch. Run that wire to a circuit in your fuse panel that only has power when the key is in the run position. So that way whenever the key is run, the headlights will be on.
