walwalka Posted June 18, 2010 Report Share Posted June 18, 2010 I would backup your documents onto a portable drive or thumbdrive and do a fresh load, about 90 percent of the Windows 7 upgrades I have seen come into my store and that I have done myself have ended up having one problem or another. No joke on that, I hate when people bring me a computer they have tried to do an upgrade on their own and they are like I just need my files and they aren't there. I'm sorry you should have just brought it to me in the first place but your files are gone. I can't get them back without piles o cash...
