Alternator Question(s)

Hi all, as you can see I am new to these boards so if I am posting in the wrong section please lead me to the right one. Anyways I am somewhat new to Car audio and am currently in need of some help with my new system. I am upgrading my crappy little MA Audio 2 channel amp that I had pushing my 2 15's to a Soundstream Rubicon RUB1.800 Monoblock amp. I only have a Optima redtop under the hood and a stock 70amp Alt. So I actually have 2 questions:

1. How big of an alternator in terms of amperage should I get to keep my voltage at a good number(I.E. 14.4 volts cause most amps are rated at 14.4 I think)

2.How do I buy the right Alternator?

I can't find any H/O Alts online for my specific car and I have NO CLUE on how to buy an Alternator for my car. (1992 Corrola DX)

I'm pretty sure I can't just go buy any old H/O alt and put it in my car, but then again I'm not sure. That is why I came here!

I say get the biggest alternator that you can afford, and as far as finding one, you can try either dc power or iraggi both of which have their sites linked at the top of the main page.

Thanks a lot man, I had no clue Iraggi had such a large Ebay store, I just couldn't seem to find one for my car so I'm gonna email them and see what they can do.
