Lucas702 Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 So in my friends car, he has a Pioneer AVH-P6500DVD headunit, and a Rockford Fosgate "Type RF X4" amp, and the car also has a smaller odyssey battery. He was driving along with the music playing, but nothing louder than normal. He said his car suddenly lost power for a second, and now his front speakers still have the music playing through them, but it is very static. He has a set of RF components in the front that are hooked up to the amp, along with his subs. The subs sound fine. His rears also sound fine, but they are running off of the head unit power. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be? Thanks!

Lucas702 Posted June 4, 2010 Author Report Posted June 4, 2010 The RCA cables have been working in the car for quite a while now. I think I am going to get an extension for the RCA cables in my car and hook it up to his amp and see what happens.
