devil4u2c
Okay so to start, my Daily is a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird convertible. To start, my head unit and dash speakers got jacked a couple of weeks ago and its time to put something back in its place, I have a crossfire 4 channel of some sort laying around and I also have a set of diamond audio coax 5.25's and also a Diamond Audio Hex series component set that i am gonna use. I have a PPI PCX2200, which puts out 800 watts at 4 ohm mono, or 2 x 400 at 2 ohm stereo, that I plan to use as a sub amp. The subs I have are either a single L7 15(dual 4 ohm) or a pair of DD 1500 series (dual 4 ohm) 12's. Which would you use? Thanks
bassl0va
Well the DDs can be wired to the optimum ohmage for the amp, so I would go for them, they are also more efficient, better built, and have more cone area.
