I would really recommend the LG Ally (aka the Iron Man phone) It runs the newest version of Android (2.1 I believe) and features a full slide out QWERTY keyboard. My only complaint so far is that when you are waking up the phone (unlocking), it seems to lag a little bit, also the included music player is shit, so you'll want to get a new one from the Marketplace. (Tons of free ones out there) I've had it a day, and LOVE it. I didn't have to get used to it, since the keyboard is almost identical to my old phone, the enV Touch. Keyboard is physically smaller (not by much), but all the buttons are in the same general location, so my fingers know where to go. Also, contrary to all the other Android phones out there, the Ally only features a 3.2MP camera, while most others have 5MP or more. So yeah. Just sharing.
