rubbernutz1 Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 i have a 93 astro van that has the stock alternator on the right side. my question is does any one know of a bracket to switch out the a/c compressor on the left side to put another alternator there? or am i going to have to make something of my own? i know i can switch the bracket out for a factory one from a blazer that locates the alt to te left side, but i dont wanna have to go through that because of my power steering pump. my van has hydraboost brakes so it would be a pain in the ass to do it that way. id rather just take out the a/c compressor and out another alternator there. can the guys from DC power or iraggi help out? or possibly any1 else????
