If you want a gun to work when you need it why would you even consider spending that amount of money. You should expect nothing from that gun when it comes time to use it other then a jammed shell in the chamber and a WTF look on your face. Invest in your safety, if you want to protect your family from things and your willing to use lethal force then get a gun worth what your family is to you because when it comes time to actually use it lethally then you would expect for it to work and work well.
