The cord that came in the box with it doesn't work, went to the shop he got it from and we tried other cords but couldn't find one that works for it. Any help is greatly appreciated. His ipod is brand new and he has only put songs on it, and we tried three other ipods and none of them would work, but all worked in my car on my HU.
