Pretty Irritated

So about two to three weeks ago I ordered a pair of Rockford fosgate 6x8 speakers to replace the stock ones in my truck when I put my system in. They have sounded great until recently and I couldnt pinpoint exactly what was going on, until today it made itself evident when the front right tweeter took a shit, and from the sounds of it the speaker isnt doing so well in general. The speakers are these:

Do you think Rockford will get this worked out for me? I was told all about how great their products and speakers were and now I get some crap like this. Im not pissed, just irritated that I got a faulty speaker. I couldnt call them because by the time I got off of work and figured out what happened It was already 7:30pm.
