Kandrew279
Sooooo.... my battery light has been on for about 3 months, im running a rf p1000bd and a 300.2. After noticing my truck starting to struggle more and more on startup, i finally removed my alternator, resurfaced the comm, and replaced the brushes, and had the battery on trickle all night, now, its 14.4 running, and 13.5 when off.. the light is STILL on. what does this mean? should i ignore it? Kandrew279
sounds like a bad connection on the regulator plug The plug in the back? or in the alternator itself? Thanks for the input. The alternator definitely sounds like its working harder, it sounds like its putting a larger load on the engine.
