Hey guys ,

Theres been a lot of hipe about these wrist bands at gym recently. I was wondering about the longterm harmful effects of these bands.. Apparently its suppose to generate a frequency which is the same frequency at which your body functions thus improving balance and core strength. Has anybody here tried them?

Yeah this guy came to my old high school while we were in weight training. The band works great, but don't dare wear it for longer than 5 hours at a time. Long term effects are fucked up muscles. It generate some kind of frequency, like you said, but is NOT good for you.
