its easy for me to say they sound better subs up port back due to me having an suv a 4runner if you got a car which i noticed alittle is subs and port face back :drinks:

damn it i made my box wrong lol FUCK!

worth it to cover the sub wholes and re-mount them on top?

You have an suv I take it?

If the space and dimensions allow...just flip the box. Try both positions and see which one you prefer.

well if i just flipped it, it would be subs and port both up.

In SUV's, sub(s) up port(s) back is usually ''ideal''. Just test and see which way YOU like it the best, everybodies ears are different. You may find a different combination sounds better to you. It's all about testing.

lol. but i made a box that is subs and port back. would it be worth covering the sub wholes and mounting the subs on the top of the box?

by cover do you mean put wood over it and cut new holes? if yes then don do it just rebuilt the box
