I already did a new ground because I thought it wasnt good enough... So please help and tell me what I can do! The fuse that keeps blowing is the fuse on the amp its self. Fast reasponse will be best! lol thanks! That's too small for 1600 rms Edit: nvm just read it than the amp is not fit to run your subs. If they sounded ok how you had them probably at 1 ohm, 4 ohms won't move them or power them anywere near what they should be getting especially not with an amp that only has 2 15 amp fuses.
