Thats a good point. Maybe the brand affects their opinion

What's the point of asking the question of comparison if your going to say that?

Some people, not all people, love a brand and always think its superior. Im sure and hoping that most people gave their honest opinions though.

dude the Rockford's honestly prolly aren't more efficient than the audioque is, but they will put out great power and they are top quality amps man. Why do you think so many people use Rockford in comps? Im running there new t2500.1s i have 2 of them ran at .7 ohm daily and i can slam the hell outta my system for about 15-20 min before they get above 150 degrees on the heat sinks. I can assure you that the Rockford amps are better quality than the audioque ones, Plus if you run 2 amps at a lower ohm load than 1 amp it would be much easier on those amps.

Sorry, I missed this post because I was replying to the previous post. I see what you're saying and you're making some good points. Thanks for giving so much info!

I have never used AQ amps so i cant give a comparison, but over the years i have used many rockford products. A few months ago (maybe more) i sold a few old school punch amps that i had from way back in the day and they stood the test of time. To me that says alot for the craftsmanship and design of their product. These amps i sold were form 93, i believe thats what the birth sheet said and they were still in 100% working order and fully capable of working at maximum RMS power. I have never been let down with rockford fosgate (no nutt hugging) and thats why i continue to use them.

Build in progress:

Kenwood DNX890HD

Rockford Fosgate White wolf RCA's

2 Rockford Fosgate T400.4 on RF fanatic q components (6.5 in the kick, 6.5 in the front doors, 5.25 in rear doors)
2 Rockford Fosgate T2500's on sub

1 Fi car audio Team 15 D1

XS Power D3400 and three D975's in the rear

Mechman Elite 370

Stinger power connections and cable

Yeah, thats why I was considering the RF amps, even if they are like 5 years old. Thanks for the reply
