Could you give me your input on the Rockford Fosgate T20001bd and Audioque AQ3500.1D?

I could get two Rockford Fosgates for about the same price as the Audioque. The Audioque would be new and the Rockford Fosgates would be refurbished. I dont really care about taking up room because I have plenty.

Voted the Audioque. 9 times out of 10 one amp will be more efficient than two amps at the same ohm load.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

Thanks for the input..and that makes perfect sense. I just wanted to make sure it was the same in this situation (because RF is big and uses some advanced technology)

it all depends on your woofers. I Used two RF 1500-1BDCP's On 2 RF T2 15. In my experince the T2000 Did ~3K RMS @ 2Ohms and ~2.5K RMS @ 1 Ohm. The RF "T" (power) amps are awesome. I have never used the other amp though....

lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz.

id take the 2 RF amps over the audioque all day long

Even though theyre refurbs

I havent had experience with the fockfords but the I do have 2 of the aq 3500s and they are really well built I ran them at .5 ohm and they did fine.
