somerandomguy
I stopped reading at $550. You spent $550 to get your brake lines fixed? I had a clutch replaced and far less cheap then that. But then again I didn't go to the stealership. I hope they did more then just do your brake lines. O_O How much was it to get the clutch replaced? We used to have a car (90 fiesta or some shit) that needed the clutch replaced, but we were told it was going to be at least over $1k (new clutch and labor). About 2 years ago my mom took her jeep to a jeep dealer to have them look at it, she thought the rearend needed replaced/rebuilt/whatever.. so she took it to have them look at it. We (I was with her) sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, for them to tell us that it does/will soon. Cost about $200.. they did NOTHING else to the vehicle.. JayP
$200 ish for clutch and install parts. Labor was around $300 to $400 IIRC. This was on a 97' Volkswagen 2.0l Parts were bought off a online store. GAP Edited July 1, 2010 by JayP
