skittlesRgood
As a general rule of thumb, you want to test your Mids/Highs Amplifier with a 1k Test Tone and you will want to test your Sub Amp(s) with a 50hz Test Tone. Fellas enjoy these Audio Test Tones! Click this Link to Download ------> http://www.mediafire.com/?zkga2qwjyuy -Baseline wrong. you want to set it with the lowest tone you want your mids/highs to see. the reason, if you tune to 1k then drop down to 300hz you will start to see clipping. i have vids on here showing this on a scope. Baseline
^^ That makes sense but that is the way everybody I have ever known does it. JL Audio even recommends to do it that way along with alot of other companies. That may be true but it depends on what your crossover is set to. If you say that you seen it clip on an O-Scope I believe you though. -Baseline Edited July 2, 2010 by Baseline
