Bought a new DMM so I wanted to see if my subs are running the correct resistance but I'm not for sure on how to do that.

The DMM has a ohm area with 2m 200k 20k 2k and 200. Which one should I select?

Thanks to both of you! Got a reading from 1.6-2.4 ohms on the amp.

Now I heard you can adjust your gain using a DMM to check for clipping? How would I go about doing that?

There's an entire thread on that... or you can google "properly set your amplifier gain" because there is a test tone you are supposed to play... IF you have a good ear... you can listed for it... (I know people are gonna argue with that one) but... yes you can... for your setup I think just going to the point that the bass starts to loose power or starts distorting, back it down a notch... It's not SUPER accurate... but will always get you in the safe zone...
